Executive Mind was founded by Kris Racette. Kris built a Gold Coast property group into four businesses — property management, commercial and residential sales, holiday rentals and business brokering — before the group was acquired by Ray White. An accountant by training (MCom, CPA track), he now builds bespoke digital infrastructure for Brisbane businesses: the same operator's discipline, applied to web, AI operations, process optimisation and security.
