About Kris Racette

Kris Racette is the Founder of Executive Mind, a bespoke digital consultancy headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland. He built a Gold Coast property group into four businesses — property management, commercial and residential sales, holiday rentals and business brokering — before the group was acquired by Ray White. An accountant by training (MCom, CPA track), he now builds bespoke digital infrastructure for Brisbane businesses: web presence, AI operations, process optimisation and security.

Executive Mind is deliberately small. A principal, a senior workflow, and a working pack of specialised AI agents doing the heavy lifting. No juniors on your budget, no layers between you and the work.
